After Haze received a dismal rating of 4.5/10 from IGN, Ubisoft’s Haze Community Developer argues that IGN has been “pretty rude” with the PlayStation 3 exclusive.
“I think they’ve been pretty rude with the game. During journalists hands-on we were really happy as anyone had fun with the game. Most of them stated that the gameplay was solid and multiplayer well balanced,” Wuzzi told GameRush Entertainment.
“Anyway, we have no comments regarding reviews. But as a gamer I would say that the most important are the user reviews. We’ll see how the game is rated by gamers.”
Yesterday, Wuzzi urged gamers to judge the game for themselves instead of relying on reviews.
“One thing I can already tell about the reviews is that most of the time they are the opinion of only one person and may not reflect the way you will see the game: you have to make your own judgment,” he wrote.
“My opinion is always to give the game a try to see whether I like it or not.”
